"You need to get rid of your assistant ASAP. He’s ruining your business. He had ugly attitude with me whole time. I never had to renew it with you again with that attitude. So, I got a new policy from else where."

"Tremendous experience!!! My homeowners insurance went from 2500 and I was getting quotes as high as $12,000. One phone call, 3 hours later I had nearly triple the amount of coverage across the board for just a mere $1,500 more than my original $2,500 yearly premium. Little to no effort on my part, Blaine's staff was extraordinary! Took less than 10 minutes on the phone and we were done. They took care of calling my mortgage company sending in all of the paperwork literally a hands-free experience for me. And not to mention, the fact that everyone I had to deal with was super courteous very professional and expedient. Would highly recommend"

"My elderly mother has had such poor experiences with this office. They never seem to be willing to be helpful in resolving matters. I felt that neither Blaine nor his secretary had a grasp of good customer service, until I saw that he's being praised in other reviews. Perhaps they prefer not to do business with certain people. We will respect that."
