"Called Blaine regarding a fairly complex problem. He spent almost an hour on the phone with me explaining the details and getting to a resolution. I had called his agency to buy more insurance but Blaine showed me that my current policy already covered the property in question. What service!! If Blaine is your agent you are going to get superior service. If this is not your current agency I suggest you switch to Blaine."

"You need to get rid of your assistant ASAP. He’s ruining your business. He had ugly attitude with me whole time. I never had to renew it with you again with that attitude. So, I got a new policy from else where."
